Actually, we do have them. They are called Argo's.
My 2 next door neighbors each have one. In the summer, they take off the tracks and just use the 8 wheels.
They even float on water like a boat.
Bet that this would work great in the snow countries. Maybe they should bring them back in a smaller size….
