Dear Mr. Madrid:
Re: Circumcision as a necessity for religious purposes–Guess what today’s Thurs. July 19) Wall Street Journal on page A2 under the title of AIDS Cure Is Back on Agenda” Recommends “more men to undergo circumcision to reduce the likelihood of transmitting the virus.” So, this is a new hope for those fighting for religion and against AIDS!!!
