I always called myself a “feminist”, but took that to mean that women should have parity in wages and rights. I always believed that women could choose their path in life- homemaker, business leader, etc. and if they had skills to qualify for the position, they deserved consideration.
These days I choke on the word. I feel I was duped during my late adolescent and early adulthood. I see the real face of so many liberal ideas that I espoused myself when I raged against the world. I have seen that the premise abortion “rights” is based on is a lie- code for other agendas.
I pray that our politicians and others have their eyes opened and their hearts softened to recognize the reality of this murder of innocents.
