    C'mon Patrick,

    I think you're being too hard on Ted Kennedy. After all, he brought an end to poverty in America. And in Canada too. Nobody cared about the poor more than the good senator from Massachusetts. Mother Theresa had nothing on this guy when it came to championing the cause of the poor. Not even St. Francis would have been able to stay poor in the presence of this magnificent giant of a poverty-fighting man.

    Patrick,

    Yesterday, I attempted to post a comment to Mr. Winters' blog post suggesting now would be a good time for him to publicly apologize for such a direct personal attack. I suggested this considering the real Christian distinctive is the ability to apologize and forgive.

    Apparently my comment didn't make the cut tho….
